American Print Inc. was established in 1994 in Buenos Aires city playing a pivotal role in digital printings industry, promoting a high quality customer service.

The services line supplied covers designing, pre-printing and final printing stage. We provide them personalized advisory on each of these stages.

Status

In 2001 after seven years working continuously with Tango Management software (local product), American Print Inc. began to search for a new management system having three specific requirements: the new product had to be warm to the Customer, flexible and suitable with Macintosh platform.

During the same year having considered different factors, Mr. Alejandro Gonzales–Company’s chairman, started officially the project and planning to replace the system.

“Along the selection process to different offers, our company had defined sternly the features we all expected from the new system. Security and improvements in the product, availability to suit Macintosh platform, speed on accounting process and customer interface. These were some of the most important matters”, Alejandro recalls.

HansaWorld Solution

Upon the very same year, American Print Inc. affords a HansaWorld product that is FirstOffice, from the distributor in Argentina.

Nevertheless, this first implementation could not reach the planned objectives and requirements, since there were so many limitations to update records; something pivotal for the company.

After 5 years working the software, American Print Inc. decides to upgrade the most complete product in our line, Enterprise. The perception after the upgrading to a greater product was really favorable.
