Our consultants get constant training and feedback, and we are in general proud of being able to deliver fast solutions and to the point ERP consulting service.
However, there are a couple of misconceptions, that we sometime meet with customers:
- When you buy consulting services from HansaWorld, you are only paying for hours of a medium grade expert
- There is no guarantee that your problem will be solved in the estimated time
- There is no guarantee that the problem will be solved at all
- There is no guarantee that the consultant we send is able to solve the entire problem himself
- There is no guarantee that you will get the consultant that is “best” or “fastest” for your type of problem. Rather you should expect medium skills and be happy when you get the best expert
- Buying consulting services does not give you some extra right to get bugs fixed
- We strongly recommend that you don’t push our consultant to skip the documentation of what he did at your site. Such documentation is charged per hour just like any other part of the consulting, even if it has to be written the next day, in our office
